Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience shipping production web systems.
• Strong fundamentals across web stack: architecture, rendering, build systems, deployment.
• Experience with CMS like Drupal or Contentful.
• Comfort with AI native development tools in daily practice.
• Ability to take a scoped problem and drive to completion under senior direction.
• Familiarity with headless CMS architectures, edge delivery, or modern frontend frameworks is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship web experiences across databricks.com on a unified, AI native architectural foundation.
• Implement components and page systems using a shared design system.
• Operate in an AI native SDLC with agents assisting code generation, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure databricks.com surfaces are structured and optimised for AI-driven search and discovery systems.
• Participate actively in code reviews and help establish rigorous AI native engineering execution.
