• Experience scoping large work into deliverable increments and maintaining scope.
• Technical fluency to work with engineers on feasibility and constraints.
• Familiarity with AI-native systems and probabilistic behavior in requirements.
• Ability to resolve conflicting requirements and document decisions.
• Clear written communication that engineers can build from without clarification.

Responsibilities

• Own the specification for each workflow, including requirements, scope boundaries, constraints, and outcomes.
• Work with domain experts to document current processes and desired results.
• Define acceptance criteria that are verifiable and objective.
• Define measurable outcomes and baseline comparisons for each workflow.
• Maintain the 'definition of ready' and hold specifications to the standard.
• Decompose large workflows into deliverable increments with explicit scoping.
