Job summary

Technical Integrity, LLC is seeking a Staff Engineer or Principal Engineer for a Colorado stealth startup building AI-powered enterprise collaboration tools. You will architect core systems, design distributed backends, and guide AI integration while collaborating with product, design, and research teams.

The role emphasizes reliability, security, and scalable cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes, Neo4J, Terraform, and Claude Code.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability and track record of solving complex problems.
• Hands-on builder who ships production systems in a startup.
• Self-directed and autonomous in a lightly structured environment.
• Backend and systems focus with security-centric SRE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement core systems for an AI-powered enterprise platform.
• Define and deliver scalable backend logic and AI integrations.
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI research to shape strategy and implementation.
• Ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability, and security with modern cloud tech and Kubernetes.
• Work with other senior engineers to foster technical excellence and autonomy.
