New Reach is seeking a hands-on, AI-native MarTech Platform Builder to join our Tempe-based team on-site. You will design and deploy marketing systems, websites, funnels, and automations that scale with the business.

You should enjoy solving hard problems with AI tools like Cursor and Claude, and be comfortable building integrations with APIs, n8n, AWS, and Zapier. This role offers growth, collaboration, and a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools/agents such as Cursor or Claude.
• Experience building real-world websites, applications, automations, or marketing solutions.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, Git, and cloud systems.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript and reviewing AI-generated production code.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with automation/orchestration tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Understanding marketing tech concepts including funnels, UTMs, attribution, tracking.
• Ability to map data flows and troubleshoot integrations.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for non-technical teams.
• Ability to balance speed, quality, security, scalability, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Build landing pages, funnels, and brand websites using reusable templates.
• Use AI coding tools to rapidly build and troubleshoot marketing tech.
• Develop AI workflows and playbooks connecting marketing systems.
• Create integrations via APIs and automation tools (webhooks, AWS).
• Identify manual processes and replace with scalable automation.
• Improve legacy workflows around Zapier, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools.
• Support tracking and attribution through UTMs and data flows.
• Maintain production-quality standards with Git, code review, testing, and CI.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Brand, and MarTech teams to empower others.
• Participate in launch/event war rooms and occasional evenings to monitor systems.
• Troubleshoot issues during high-impact events and implement fixes.
