• Build and maintain foundational pieces of Leland’s infrastructure.
• Propose innovative ideas to shape a product that delights customers and drives business results.
• Write high-quality, performant code.
• Ensure product quality through testing and rigorous code reviews.
• Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
