The role focuses on shaping product architecture, implementing features with Go and microservices, and mentoring peers in engineering best practices within a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product experience, preferably in a startup/scaleup environment.
• Proven experience working with Go.
• System design experience with knowledge of appropriate patterns.
• Experience with Kubernetes and microservice architecture is a plus.
• Proficiency with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Cassandra, Redis).
• Experience with Kafka.
• Ability to build APIs that are easy to use and understand.
• Strong product mindset focused on problems, outcomes, and impact.
• Curiosity about AI and working with agents.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the Saily product by developing and maintaining new features.
• Create features to support multi-dimensional personalization, A/B testing, and analytics.
• Develop and maintain a high-quality codebase.
• Continuously seek code and performance improvements.
• Mentor colleagues on development best practices and provide technical guidance.
• Influence the overall vision and long-range goals of the team.
• Conduct R&D operations as required.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clear communication across teams.
• Work with engineering, product, and design professionals from other teams.
