Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 3+ years building cloud-native AI agents for enterprise environments. You will design, build, and run agentic workflows, integrating multiple AI platforms and ensuring secure, scalable deployments.

You will embed with clients and partners to prototype use cases, deliver workshops, and measure performance while advancing enterprise adoption of AI-native engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems.
• Minimum 1 year expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• Minimum 3 years experience with AI platforms including multi-provider pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Agent Architecture and Engineering: design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, and observability.
• AI Platform Integration: abstraction layers across AI providers for seamless integration.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, observability.
• Domain-Specific Workflows: tailor agentic apps across verticals like finance/healthcare/retail.
• Client Engagement: run design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions; drive adoption.
• Measure & Improve: define metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans.
