Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with at least 3 years building cloud-native systems and agentic workflows for enterprise environments. You will embed with clients, design use cases, prototype rapidly, and deploy robust, secure agentic solutions across complex domains.

You will lead workshops, define success metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders while shaping scalable AI-native playbooks globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Minimum 1 year expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions in production environments.
• Minimum 3 years experience with AI platforms including OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI and open-source models.
• Minimum 5 years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent; familiarity with evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• Minimum 5 years deploying to production with CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Helm), monitoring and debugging.
• Minimum 5 years client communication and ability to lead technical workshops in ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12 years of work experience (or 6 years with Associate Degree).

Responsibilities

• Agent Architecture and Engineering: design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses and observability.
• AI Platform Integration: develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, event-driven architectures, CI/CD and observability.
• Domain-Specific Workflows: tailor agentic applications across verticals like finance, healthcare, and retail.
• Client Engagement: conduct design workshops, POCs and code-with sessions to shape data-driven agent workflows.
• Measure & Improve: define metrics and evaluation plans to measure agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Knowledge Sharing: craft patterns, docs and best practices to influence assets and roadmaps.
