Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with Accenture, seeks an AI Native Engineer to build cloud-native, agentic systems for enterprise environments. You will design, prototype, and deploy AI agents that augment workflows and scale across modern infrastructure, while partnering with stakeholders to define use cases and delivery plans.

You will embed with clients, lead technical workshops, and ensure robust, secure deployments across complex domains, with a focus on measurable value and adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years programming in Python, Java or equivalent; familiar with evaluation tooling and observability.
• 5+ years deploying to production with CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/Helm), monitoring and debugging.
• 3+ years cloud-native engineering (APIs, microservices, containers, serverless).
• 3+ years experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines.
• 1+ year designing agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, RAG) in production.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, and observability.
• Integrate AI platforms across providers to enable seamless enablement.
• Apply containerization, microservices, and CI/CD to deliver scalable AI-native systems.
• Develop domain-specific workflows across finance, healthcare, retail, and more.
• Lead design workshops and client sessions to shape data-driven agent workflows.
