Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 5+ years of cloud-native experience to design and deploy agentic AI solutions for enterprise settings. You will embed with clients, define use cases, prototype rapidly, and deploy robust and secure workflows.

You will work across AI platforms, containers, and microservices, collaborating with stakeholders to accelerate operational adoption. Travel may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years engineering in cloud-native environments including APIs and microservices.
• At least 1 year designing agentic solutions in production settings.
• 5+ years deploying to production with CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, and debugging.
• 5+ years collaborating with clients and leading technical workshops.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Associate degree requires 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, and tooling.
• Develop abstractions across AI providers to enable multi-provider pipelines.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, serverless and observability for scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor agentic workflows across domains like finance, healthcare, and retail.
• Lead design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans for agent accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Create reusable patterns and documentation to guide internal assets and clients.
