Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer to design, build, and deploy agentic workflows for enterprise environments. You will work directly with clients as technologist and trusted advisor to prototype and implement robust AI agents within complex enterprise estates.

You’ll drive design workshops, POCs, and collaborative sessions, shaping data-driven patterns and scalable playbooks for global adoption. This role emphasizes delivery, security, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years engineering experience with cloud-native systems.
• Minimum 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• Minimum 2 years experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI) including multi-provider abstractions.
• 3+ years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent; familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability.
• 3+ years deploying to production — CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, debugging.
• 3+ years experience with client communication and leading technical workshops.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (min 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents including retrieval, orchestration, policy routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• AI Platform Integration: build abstraction layers across providers to enable seamless integration.
• Cloud-native engineering: utilize Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability for scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor agentic workflows across verticals like finance, healthcare, and retail.
• Engage clients via workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions to drive adoption.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans to measure accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
