Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience designing, building and operating production-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on expertise with Java, Go, TypeScript or Python in production environments.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce metadata architectures, deployment models, and core runtime frameworks (Apex, LWC).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, retrieval systems, tool calling, MCP ecosystems, evaluation frameworks, and multi-agent orchestration platforms.
• Experience implementing sandboxing, static analysis, policy enforcement, compliance, and observability for code-generation pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives and influence across organisations.

Responsibilities

• Define AI-Native Developer Architecture & Multi-Agent Orchestration for Salesforce DX.
• Architect stateful, multi-agent orchestration engines capable of generating code and managing dependencies.
• Define Protocols (e.g., MCP) and contracts for interoperability with third-party AI agents and tools.
• Bridge LLM capabilities with Salesforce metadata, Apex execution models, and runtime graphs.
• Build real-time retrieval architectures (RAG/graph indexing) for large codebases and enterprise orgs.
• Design isolated, sandboxed execution environments with governance and safety checks for generated code.
• Lead cross-functional technical strategy, mentor senior architects, and promote pragmatic innovation.
