Job summary

Vibehackers seeks a Product Strategy and Operations Principal for Cloud AI to lead the transition from legacy cloud data operations to agentic, AI-native systems. You will own the Intelligent Data Platform roadmap, partnering with VP-level leaders to translate AI infrastructure needs into business roadmaps and GTM plans.

Reporting to senior executives, you will drive cross-functional programs, mentor junior staff, and deliver strategic analyses to accelerate Cloud AI adoption and operational

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in management consulting, product management, strategy, or analytics in tech.
• Experience with data analysis and cross-functional programs.
• Go-to-market strategy experience and executive decision support.
• Advanced SQL, Python, BigQuery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pivot from legacy cloud ops to AI-native data architectures.
• Architect agentic platforms codifying domain knowledge for non-technical users.
• Own Intelligent Data Platform roadmap and GTM strategies.
• Support VP-level decisions with timely analyses and presentations.
• Manage cross-functional programs and mentor juniors.
• Drive complex projects to successful outcomes.
