Job summary

Vibehackers seeks a Senior Business Operations Manager to lead planning, reporting, cadence, cross-functional programs, and executive support for Cloud Operations & SRE. You will build agentic automations to reduce manual work and drive OKR cycles across the leadership team.

You will partner with the VP to run the operating spine, manage calendars, dashboards, and vendor workflows, with domestic and international travel as needed. Competitive USD salary and incentives offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations or chief-of-staff roles, including direct executive support.
• AI-native mindset with daily use of agentic tools and automation.
• Experience with calendar/inbox automation and personal AI agents.
• Strong cadence, reporting and decision-logging skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating cadence: staff meetings, business reviews, planning cycles and offsites.
• Drive cross-functional programs from planning through completion, tracking dependencies, risks and status.
• Build and maintain leadership reporting: KPI/SLO roll-ups, dashboards, weekly status and business review packages; ensure data integrity.
• Run goal-setting and OKR cycles: draft, track and report against commitments.
• Coordinate invoice management, vendor tracking, approval workflows and payment follow-up.
• Track headcount and open requisitions; coordinate hiring loops and onboarding; own onboarding.
