Responsibilities

Set technical vision and strategy for agentic AI platforms and service applications.
Lead and grow engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and organizational design.
Drive architecture, reliability, scalability, and operational excellence for AI services.
Coordinate with product, design, research, and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver features.
Establish engineering processes, metrics, and roadmaps to measure impact and velocity.
Manage delivery timelines, technical tradeoffs, and risk for large cross-functional programs.
