Partner with VP-level leaders to translate AI infrastructure needs into actionable business roadmaps, GTM strategies, and operational execution to enable step-change improvements.

Role

Principal, Product Strategy and Operations for Cloud AI responsible for leading the transition from legacy cloud AI structures to agentic ecosystems and owning the Intelligent Data Platform roadmap. The role bridges generative AI development and commercial execution and partners with VP-level leaders to translate complex AI infrastructure needs into business roadmaps and GTM strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic pivot from legacy cloud operations to an AI-native posture, identifying high-impact AI-ification opportunities that deliver order-of-magnitude improvements.
• Architect the move toward platforms where domain knowledge is codified into agentic systems, enabling non-technical stakeholders to interact with hyperscale data through intent.
• Drive consolidation from fragmented data silos to a unified data engineering platform and own roadmap priorities.
• Perform strategic analysis to inform Cloud AI strategy (partner/ISV impact, product opportunity sizing, customer cohort analysis).
• Work directly with VP leaders to support decision making through timely analysis, alignment, and presentations; manage cross-functional programs and stakeholders.
• Independently drive complex projects and guide junior team members to successful outcomes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum: 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.
• Experience building go-to-market strategies and supporting executive-level decision making.
• Preferred: advanced SQL, Python, and BigQuery experience.
• Preferred: understanding of enterprise software business models and ability to deconstruct legacy operations to architect agentic AI replacements.
• Strong skills in problem identification, project design, independent execution, and mentoring/junior team guidance.
• Ability to ramp up quickly across topics from accounting/business recognition to AI/ML applications.

Compensation & Benefits (excerpt)

• US base range: $176,000 - $256,000 (USD).
• 20% bonus target, equity, and additional benefits.
