Job summary

SAIGroup is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer Subject Matter Expert to lead the integration of operational mortgage expertise into the design of AI products. This role requires at least 7 years of hands-on mortgage loan origination experience and an active NMLS license.

The ideal candidate will work closely with product, engineering, and design teams, translating mortgage business practices into product specifications while ensuring compliance and effective workflows for AI-assisted processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mortgage loan origination experience as a producing loan officer.
• Active NMLS licensure and knowledge of compliance requirements.
• Experience with CRM, LOS, and product & pricing engine platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the domain expert for mortgage officer workflows.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate mortgage practices into product requirements.
• Train teams on mortgage sales fundamentals and create documentation.
