Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a senior partnerships professional to own relationships with model providers and accelerators for ElevenCreative. You will identify, evaluate, and bring new partners to ElevenLabs, and you will work closely with product, engineering, finance, marketing and sales.

This remote role covers US and European time zones, with global partner overlap. You will drive commercial outcomes, support enterprise customers, and shape the partnership strategy as the ecosystem grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or similar roles at a tech company.
• Deep familiarity with the generative AI model landscape.
• Numbers-minded with ability to tie partnerships to business outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple partner relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with image and video model providers.
• Identify and evaluate new partners and models for ElevenCreative.
• Own the commercial side of partnerships, coordinating with finance.
• Drive marketing through joint launches, campaigns, and co-marketing.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to shape available models.
• Support enterprise sales on partnership needs for large customers.
• Monitor the generative video landscape and anticipate partner needs.
