Axiom is seeking candidates to support workflow development activities for NOAA's Seasonal Forecast System (SFS) at EMC in College Park, MD. You will design, develop, and maintain NWP workflows on HPC and Cloud platforms, using AI/ML within an Agile team.

The role emphasizes building new capabilities, modernizing infrastructure, and collaborating with software engineers and physical scientists to deliver forecast guidance. This on-site position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Competenze

• Experience with numerical modeling and NWP concepts.
• Proficiency with AI/ML packages and tools.
• Experience developing for HPC and cloud platforms using GPUs.
