Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Software Engineer for AI/ML Platform Operations in a hybrid role based in Arizona. The role focuses on operational excellence, reliability, governance, and support of enterprise AI/ML platforms, including Palantir Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and SageMaker.

Qualifications

6+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, platform engineering, cloud operations, MLOps, or related technical disciplines.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience supporting production cloud-based applications and services in AWS environments.
Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Node.js for automation.
Experience with CI/CD and deployment tools like Jenkins, Maven, GitHub Actions.
Experience with cloud-native services and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

Lead operational excellence, reliability, and support of enterprise AI/ML platforms.
Ensure stability, scalability, observability, governance, and operational readiness of AI/ML solutions.
Design automation, monitoring, dashboards, and runbooks to improve platform efficiency.
Mentor engineers and influence platform strategy and adoption.
