Job summary

You will collaborate with AI/ML, software, and aviation experts to adapt models to military terminology, evaluate performance, and document safeguards before deployment. Requirements: US citizenship, ability to obtain a Secret clearance, 5–8 years ML engineering experience, strong Python, on‑premise model

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of machine learning engineering experience, with leadership potential.
• Hands-on experience fine-tuning speech recognition models for domain terms.
• Strong Python skills; experience serving models on-premise with CUDA hardware.
• Experience building and evaluating RAG systems with reliable outputs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune speech and language models for cockpit audio and military terminology.
• Build and maintain training data; evaluate with held-out data.
• Develop safeguards to validate AI outputs before deployment in the simulator.
• Prepare models, data, and evaluation materials for delivery and ongoing improvement.
