Job summary

Skyworks Solutions is seeking an AI/ML Intern to join the enterprise AI/ML engineering team in CA. This hands-on, full-time internship involves designing, building, and deploying ML solutions for engineering and business teams. You will own small projects end to end, from data gathering to prototyping and documentation.

Current students in CS/DS/EE/ME/IE are welcome. Relocation to CA may be required for Jan–Jun or May/Jun–Dec 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in CS/DS/EE/ME/IE fields.
• Willing to relocate temporarily to CA for Jan–Jun or May/Jun–Dec 2027.
• Experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch).
• Familiarity with IDEs like VSCode and company tools (Agentic AI, LangChain, LangGraph, Genie, Databricks, PowerBI).

Responsibilities

• Support AI/ML engineering initiatives across multiple business units.
• Lead small projects under supervision and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze data to identify AI/ML opportunities.
• Develop core use-case code and design new procedures for AI/ML projects.
• Document progress and outcomes of projects.
