Job summary

Skyworks Solutions is seeking an AI/ML Summer Intern to join our enterprise AI/ML engineering team. This hands-on, full-time role lets you design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions that support engineering and business teams across the company.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate studying Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
Must be able to temporarily relocate to Irvine, CA for May/June to Aug/Sept 2027 (3 months).
Experience using Python and AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch.

Responsibilities

Gathering and analyzing engineering and business data to identify opportunities for AI/ML solutions.
Developing code for core usecase functionality with guidance and gradually work independently
Designing and implementing new procedures and workflows for AI/ML projects.
Identifying bottlenecks and working with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy solutions.
Assisting with documentation, reporting, and other project deliverables.
