Job summary

Skyworks Solutions is seeking an AI/ML Intern to join our enterprise AI/ML engineering team in California. This hands-on, full-time internship involves designing, building, and deploying machine learning solutions that support engineering and business teams across the company.

You will own small end-to-end projects, from data gathering to prototyping and documentation, while gaining practical experience with modern AI/ML tooling in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate in CS/DS/Engineering (CA preferred).
• Strong programming fundamentals in Python.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch.
• Familiarity with VS Code or similar IDEs.
• Willingness to relocate temporarily and work full-time Jan–Dec 2027 at this location.

Responsibilities

• Support AI/ML projects across multiple business units.
• Gather and analyze data to identify opportunities for AI/ML solutions.
• Develop code for core use-case functionality with guidance and gradually work independently.
• Design and implement procedures and workflows for AI/ML projects.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and project deliverables.
