Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. invites engineering students to participate in a Software Engineering Internship.

The program offers real work experience, exposure to upper management, and opportunities to pursue full-time roles as available. Interns will engage in challenging assignments, mentoring, lunch-and-learns, and team-based collaboration across business groups such as High Performance Analog, Advanced Cellular, Connectivity and Sensors.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with at least two years completed.
• GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• Experience with at least one OO language (C#, JavaScript, Python) and web/front-end frameworks.
• Familiarity with design patterns (MVC/MVVM).
• Experience with web services and APIs.
• Exposure to containers and orchestration (Docker preferred).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts through coursework/projects.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Basic DevOps concepts using GitLab or GitHub.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support desktop and web applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Develop, deploy, and troubleshoot software for manufacturing automation.
• Configure and support AI agents and ML model solutions for use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-site Manufacturing Systems teams to verify requirements.
• Write clean, functional, testable software and maintain documentation.
• Contribute to SDLC improvements with the team.
