Job summary

Cirrascale Cloud Services in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Solutions Architect to guide customers through design, customization, and implementation of complex AI infrastructure products. You will translate technical concepts into clear business value and work with direct sales teams.

The role requires 5+ years in a Sales Engineer or similar, deep knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure, GPUs, storage, networking, and cloud platforms. Excellent communication and a consultative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role.
• Strong technical background in AI/ML infrastructure, GPU architectures, networking and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to identify and qualify technical opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Lead pre-sales technical discussions, presentations, and proof of concepts to showcase Cirrascale’s solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence roadmap development.
• Respond to RFPs and technical inquiries with accurate, professional technical content.
• Serve as a technical liaison between customers, internal teams, and vendor partners.
• Support post-sales teams with knowledge transfer and solution validation during deployment.
