Nscale is seeking a Principal Presales Engineer / Solutions Architect to join our commercial team. You will shepherd opportunities from discovery to onboarding, mapping customer needs to technical architectures and presenting clear business value.

This deeply technical, customer-facing role requires collaboration with product, engineering, and operations to design scalable AI infrastructure solutions and win complex opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in presales engineering or solutions architecture in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to translate complex AI/infrastructure requirements into practical designs.
• Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales cycles in AI/cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities and identify technical requirements early in the sales cycle.
• Deliver product demos, workshops, and architecture sessions for prospects and partners.
• Translate customer requirements into solution designs using Nscale’s platform.
• Develop proposals aligning architecture with business outcomes.
• Understand workloads, deployment needs, and performance expectations.
