The role focuses on building infrastructure products that empower GM teams to run machine learning and data science at scale, with leadership responsibilities across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• 5+ years leading and driving large-scale initiatives.
• Proficiency in building scalable cloud infrastructure with Python, C++, Golang.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AV ML Infra team and shape long-term vision and execution strategy.
• Design organizational structure and enable effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Mentor engineers and interns and participate in technical interviews.
