Job summary

TalentHop is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to develop and deploy AI/ML features for vehicle manufacturing and supply chain efficiency in the United States. The role owns AI model lifecycles and collaborates across Vehicle Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to drive measurable improvements.

Responsibilities include building end-to-end AI/ML systems, leveraging generative AI, and applying AI to manufacturing challenges such as predictive maintenance and demand forecasting.

Qualifications

• PhD or 3+ years in ML systems.
• Strong foundation in ML concepts (training, eval, reg).
• Experience with supervised learning, NLP, CV, time-series.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI/ML features end-to-end across data prep, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.
• Develop generative AI systems using retrieval-augmented generation and LLMs.
• Create data pipelines, labeling workflows, and evaluation frameworks.
