Base-2 Solutions is seeking an AI/ML Engineer who designs, creates, tests, and productizes AI/ML models to solve business challenges, with Top Secret/SCI clearance. Location Annapolis Junction, MD on-site.

The role requires expertise in model architecture, data pipelines, monitoring, retraining, and working with ML libraries; leadership may be expected for geographically diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied ML in programs/contracts of similar scope.
• Master's or PhD in a relevant field required.
• Experience substituting a Master's with 5 extra years is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML models and pipelines.
• Run experiments, evaluate metrics, and iterate models.
• Lead AI initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders.
