Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering in similar programs and contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree requirement with substitution option: 4 years of relevant experience can substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with at least one major agentic AI framework or AI coding agents as core in development workflow.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven solutions using Python and R.
• Conduct statistical analyses including regression and hypothesis testing.
• Design and train machine learning models using TensorFlow and Scikit-Learn for predictions and automation.
• Perform data wrangling to clean and organize datasets for analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
