Job summary

Belva.ai, a United States-based AI / Telecommunications company, seeks an AI / ML Engineer to join our backend Python team. You will turn ML models and data pipelines into robust software applications and collaborate with ML and Data Engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of production experience, strong Python and C++, and expertise in NLP, MT, and text-to-speech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an AI / ML Engineer in production environments.
• Solid understanding of Python deployment best practices, including dependency management, virtual environments, containerization, etc.
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD practices and ability to set up automated deployment pipelines.
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade software in a fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• 2+ years industry experience
• Strong expertise in C++ and Python
• Experience in NLP / machine translation / text-to-speech
• Experience deploying user-facing ML systems in production
• Experience with ML toolkits like TensorFlow or PyTorch
