Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for mission systems. You will build data pipelines, production-grade APIs, and scalable services in cloud-native or edge environments, emphasizing security and reliability.

Required 3+ years in ML models (NLP/LLM, CV, deep learning) and an active TS/SCI clearance; Bachelor's degree. Nice-to-have: CUDA, RAPIDS, AWS, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing ML models such as NLP or LLM, CV, Deep Learning, Generative AI, or Reinforcement Learning.
• Experience deploying AI/ML capabilities in a microservice stack.
• Experience building production-grade APIs, microservices, or distributed systems.
• Experience designing or deploying software systems in operational environments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willing to take a polygraph exam.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models including NLP/LLM, deep learning, and computer vision.
• Build and optimize scalable data pipelines for training, evaluation, and improvement of models.
• Develop end-to-end production systems with microservices, APIs, automation, and cloud-native or edge deployment.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into operational environments with focus on security and reliability.
• Conduct model optimization, tuning, AB testing, and versioning for mission impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify needs and define technical approaches.
• Prepare technical documentation and support design reviews.
