BitWords Inc. is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design and deploy ML solutions spanning LLMs, computer vision, and predictive analytics. The role focuses on production-grade models and scalable ML pipelines, enabling impactful features across our platform.

You will collaborate with engineers and researchers to integrate cutting-edge AI techniques into real-world applications, with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and experimentation in a remote-first but SF-based context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices.
• Experience deploying models to production environments.
• Understanding of distributed computing and cloud platforms.
• Strong mathematical foundation in statistics and linear algebra.
• Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models for production systems.
• Work with large language models and fine‑tuning techniques.
• Develop computer vision solutions for image and video processing.
• Build and maintain ML pipelines and model deployment infrastructure.
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize research models.
