Job summary

Gaumard Scientific is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join the software team in Miami, FL. You will help develop AI features for medical simulators, focusing on auto-learning through model training, speech, and image recognition, and work with UI and simulator behavior to create human-like experiences.

Responsibilities include designing, training, testing, deploying ML models, and collaborating with engineers and product teams to deliver continuous value to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics; Master’s degree or Ph.D. a plus.
• Experience with machine learning, AI, image analysis and data analytics.
• Experience with Python and Java.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop proprietary software for medical simulation.
• Design, train, test, productize and deploy machine learning models.
• Collaborate with engineers, management and product teams to deliver value to customers.
• Define platform requirements with engineering and other departments and continuously improve products.
• Work with other departments to integrate work across the company.
