Synectic Solutions, Inc. seeks an AI/ML Engineer & Data Management Specialist (Journeyman) to support the LO Life Cycle Management mission at NAS Patuxent River in Lexington Park, MD.

This on-site role combines advanced data science, AI/ML, and data management to strengthen LO sustainment across multi-level security environments. Competenze

• Accredited BA or BS degree relevant to data science, analytics, data management, or information technology.
• At least three (3) years of recent and relevant experience in data science, analytics, or data management.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML models and prompt engineering for GenAI or similar tools.
• Familiarity with multi-level security environments and data security requirements.

• Operate across multi-level security environments and communicate effectively.
• Coordinate, gather, clean, and integrate data from multiple program offices.
• Structure, maintain, and ensure integrity of large, multi-source datasets.
• Apply AI/ML models to gap analyses, business case analyses, and readiness assessments.
• Develop and refine prompts to optimize AI outputs for project needs.
• Build, validate, and interpret predictive models for LO sustainment and readiness trends.
• Manage relational and non-relational databases to ensure data availability and performance.
• Design, implement, and manage ETL processes and data quality checks.
• Create clear data visualizations and technical reports for engineers, logisticians, and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with DoD/NAVAIR security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
