Nyla Technology Solutions in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking an AI/ML role to design, build, test, and productize models across the full lifecycle. You will work with data pipelines, deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and retraining to deliver solutions that meet business needs.

The role requires 2+ years of software engineering experience and an active TS/SCI clearance, with a strong ML/library and statistical foundation and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/SE or related technical field plus 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, or HS diploma with 5+ years hands-on development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and productize AI/ML algorithms and models to solve complex business challenges.
• Develop models that support continuous learning and predictive analysis aligned with business logic and customer requirements.
• Own end-to-end model lifecycle activities including data pipelines, architecture design, and deployment.
• Provide system integration oversight for AI/ML solutions.
• Act as a primary point of contact for AI initiatives.
• May lead geographically diverse technical teams.
