Job summary

The Vanguard Group in Malvern, PA is seeking an AI/ML Platform Engineer to build and support cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and observability for AI/ML solutions. This hybrid role requires in-office Tue-Wed-Thu.

You will collaborate with engineering partners to create scalable platform services in AWS, automate CI/CD, and support models throughout their lifecycle using Python, Kubernetes, SageMaker, Lambda, and Arize for observability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of platform engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, MLOps, or related field.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience building or supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience developing services in AWS.
• Experience using Python for automation or platform services.
• Experience with Kubernetes or AWS container services (EKS/ECS).
• Experience with AI/ML deployment or observability tools (SageMaker, Lambda, Arize) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and support CI/CD pipelines for deploying AI/ML models.
• Develop scalable platform services in AWS.
• Implement and maintain AI observability using Arize.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to translate platform needs into solutions.
• Deliver prioritized work through sprint planning and testing.
• Participate in rotating production support schedule.
