Job summary

Vanguard in Malvern, PA or Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Cloud Integration Engineer to design, build, and support cloud-based data transmission solutions using AWS and Azure, and to modernize MFT and batch processes.

You will implement IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and event-driven architectures, collaborating with security, network, and business teams. The role includes on-call rotations, hybrid schedule (three days in the office), and a focus on reliability and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud engineering or integration engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience designing cloud-based solutions in AWS and/or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support cloud-based integration and data transmission solutions using AWS services and modern engineering practices.
• Build and maintain secure data exchange capabilities for external partners and internal applications.
• Implement IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and automation to improve deployment consistency and scalability.
• Modernize legacy MFT and batch-based solutions using cloud-native patterns.
• Collaborate with security, network, and business teams to define integration architectures.
