Job summary

You will participate in Agile ceremonies, gather requirements, analyze performance, and contribute to product roadmaps while building relationships with interns

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, IT, MIS, Data Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC concepts.
• Familiar with data tools and analytics is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and write user stories.
• Support design, development, and enhancement of AI-powered and messaging solutions.
• Analyze product metrics and user feedback to suggest data-driven improvements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support timely delivery of features.
• Create product documentation and improve workflows.
