Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS/SE/AI/Data Science)
• Foundational knowledge of AI, ML, Generative AI and LLMs
• Familiarity with Python and/or Java, data analysis, cloud computing, and software development concepts
• Exposure to prompt engineering, AI model optimization, data modeling, or AI-driven decisioning
• Interest in NBA recommendations to improve customer experiences
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, communication, and collaboration
• Preferred: experience with AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, or related certifications
• At least 18 years old; legally authorized to work in the United States; one or more courses remaining post internship
• Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for external internships
