Job summary

Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare. As part of the Air AI team, you will develop the intelligence layer that listens, documents, reasons, and acts inside the clinical workflow, turning visits into real-time notes and powering AI features across the platform.

You will work with clinicians, engineers, and product partners to ship reliable AI-powered solutions that doctors trust, from transcription and note structuring to extensible AI Skills and automation across revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Professional software engineering experience in a startup/high-growth environment.
• Strong fullstack skills: Python backend and TS/React frontend.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and AI features in production.
• Track record of shipping from ideation to production.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI/LLM tech to accelerate product development and automate experiences.
• Design and influence fullstack architecture for scalable AI healthcare solutions.
• Lead or contribute to technical planning for new features.
• Establish best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and observability.
• Mentor engineers on design patterns and coding standards.
• Collaborate with product, design, and clinical experts to ship usable solutions.
• Be part of a fast-moving team that ships daily and moves quickly.
