Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will hold live English conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, are fluent in English, and can produce concise, evidence-based explanations. This is a freelance 1099 contract with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rank how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
