Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from remote locations. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, rate outputs for adherence to prompts, and write clear explanations of what looked or sounded off.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to assess prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely (e.g., distorted anatomy, flickering, unseen text) and writing explanations in English that point to what was observed.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, and providing a written justification.
