Outlier is hiring detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media from remote locations. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos for prompt adherence, and explain discrepancies in writing.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining your reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rating naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English describing what was seen or heard.
