Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely with flexible hours. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what’s off in writing.

This role helps improve AI reasoning and performance through structured feedback and scoring. Employees can work from home on a schedule of their choosing, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication in everyday conversational speech.
• High attention to detail; patient to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation.
