Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what looked off in writing.

Flexible, fully remote work with no minimum hours. Earn up to $18 per hour, paid weekly, and enjoy free access to leading LLMs while contributing to frontier AI research.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt best.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming and replaying, to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a specific English explanation that points to what was seen or heard.
