Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models, scoring exchanges, and explaining what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will compare AI-generated images and videos, identify issues such as distorted anatomy, flickering or misaligned audio, and rate outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, providing written explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening/observation.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining choices clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rating how natural and clear each exchange sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos, and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming/replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or mismatched audio.
• Writing a precise, English explanation that points to what you saw or heard and why a choice was made.
