Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs for naturalness and adherence to prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include evaluating AI-generated images and videos, providing written explanations, and ensuring quality feedback to help improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail; able to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to determine which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom, replay) to spot problems like distorted anatomy or misalignment.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to what was seen or heard.
