Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You’ll help shape AI systems by evaluating outputs, spotting issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio, and providing concise explanations to improve models. This is a freelance 1099 contract opportunity.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, patient, and able to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Writing concise explanations in English highlighting observed issues.
